Hey guys,

It's been about 7 months since I left the US and things are working out better than I expected. I'm working for a English newspaper but I'll be leaving soon for a PR/marketing job at a luxury hotel chain. I was researching full scholarships for a while, and found one that everyone should check out.

The Australian Government gives out full scholarships to students from many countries.

The Endeavor Awards:

Australia Awards:

The only catch is that you have to have a high college GPA and some work experience, get sponsored by a university, and do a lot of community service. It means you'll have to apply from your home country.

I hope this helps some of you who are tired of waiting for the Dream Act. I was certainly tired of waiting after I got my BA and took a huge risk when I left. The future looks good so far, and I hope you guys will give self-deportation a serious consideration.

There are other opportunities out there than just wait for DA.

So I guess this is only for those who already have a college degree and deported themselves..

I mean yeah, if you have an amazing college GPA and work experience from an amazing place, I guess then you wouldn't be visiting Dream Act Forum.. and don't have much incentive to go to Australia for better life..

I still visit this forum from time to time and perhaps other people will find this info useful... Researching scholarships and setting goals is a good thing. With what I went through, working international hotel chains will allow me to travel all over the world (except America).

I'd rather choose being able to travel to places like a normal person than be denied basic rights and opportunities.
