Hello Guys,
Im a 20 year old male attending the University of Houston. I was smuggled into the U.S at the age of 6 to reunite with my father who'd supporting my mother and I in back in Mexico(small family . I am currently studying architecture but seriously considering changing majors. I am undoubtedly fortunate for having hard working parent who strongly enforce education over anything else and lucky to have come to Texas where we are elligible to pay in-state tuition. Originario de San Luis Potosi, Mexico...

I hope to read more of your stories, speak up we are in this together

Biomedical engineering is not a good major to go into. Finding employment is very difficult! I've done some research and read countless personal experiences from biomedicla engineering on internet forums! (I tried to switch to it in the past)

I did mechanical engineering, I was able to find a job. You should do mechanical or industrial. People need those proffessions and are often willing to overlook your status.
