Ethic review is a concern.

There's no reason any shouldn't take you. And about the bar... well...plenty law schools teach people who go on not to take the bar. So I can't see it as too big of a problem unless you're planning on going to Florida or Arizona.

Yes, you can. I'm from South Korea and there's a plenty of "Korean" lawyers that hold American JD & work in Korea.
