Omg, luvsherry, how was the process of going through the old asylum case? You said you were denied before? How did you explain yourself to the courts/get the courts to approve you after you were denied asylum before?

well i left everything to my amazing lawyer.. well like i said, i was a little kid, i never applied for an asylum, i never signed anything and i never received any court dates.. my dad did everything and didn't tell me until i found out about it myself.. the court understand that i did nothing wrong and the fact that my hubby is active duty military helped a lot.

Hey luvsherry, did you change your last name to your husbands before your interview? I am about to go through the marriage and adjustment process and I was wondering if I should do that.
