Happy for everyone. Alright don't mean to sound like a pooper but it is for those that entered the country before the age of 16 and have not turned 30 yet. I am turning 30 in June 23rd crap lol.

Technically the order is effective immediately, so you do meet the requirements. Call in to the hotline monday.

According to the DHS call that took place this morning, and someone did ask that question in particular, this is effective to people that have not yet turned 30 effective today.

So.... you just made it.
