Let’s sue Obama and his EO for age discrimination. What a back stabin bitch! I was like the 24th signature on his petition for him to run for the presidency when he was a wet behind the ears Illinois senator. When he assumed presidency I was 28yrs old. WTF!!

I will do everything in my power for Obama to lose this election.

And I will do EVERYTHING to make sure he wins it. The backstabber is someone else.

I know how mad you just must feel, I am not going to judge your comment because i bet if i was in your spot i will feel the same way. You can't blame us, it is not our fault, if Obama doesn't win you think any of these other clowns would of gave you a chance? They probably wouldn't have gave any of us any chance.

juane99, I agree with you. but I really never thought an age limit would be something that an executive order would include. There is no reason for it. Furthermore, I don’t need “other clowns [to give me a] chance” I will take all the chances I need regardless. Quite frankly it’s not about the money. I do just fine as it is. I just hate the fact that this prick has left a whole lot of us out to dry.

F**k Obama. Never again will you see me supporting this spineless prick.

I absolutely respect your position. I would be fucking pissed if I were you. Today is a historic day, but I truly do not understand why age has to be such a filter in this. Age, like the fact that we were brought here as minors, is something we cannot control.

I am so sorry. I truly respect you, but I now owe him my support.

I was very depressed when I saw that the age cap was 30 when the originals Dreamers like Vargas deserve it first. Vargas is a class act as he was very happy for the Dreamers even though he does not qualify.

I have been following the DA since its inception date on 9/12/01. Even the last Durbin video had a Dreamer over 30.

They could have atleast added the Retroactive Clause with age 30. This means anyone over 30 with a 4 year degree would qualify. This is indeed a sad for those who did not qualify.

Do you think Romney will lift a finger to help you or any of us after you help him get in office?

Thank you Smooth. This is not against you or any happiness the under 30 crowd is gleaming in right now. I am extremely happy for you guys. I was for the dream act even when the age limit was set to under 30 in 2010 (right when I turned 30). But I think there was no reason to set the EO at below 30. It’s not like someone needs to vote on it. People are either going to love it or hate it regardless.

Good point. No matter how much someone does not like Obama. He is the only who will always support DA/CIR no matter what. We need Obama and the Democrats to sweep the elections like 2008 and I think it will happen. I still respect Obama but why did DHS came up with a 30 cap?

You were under 30 in Dec 2010 right? By the way, this is not an EO. It is a DHS policy change.

You have a 4 year degree?

I'm really sorry man...I understand how you feel....it does break my heart to see a lot of my fellow dreamers left out. But think about this, if someone like Jose Antonio Vargas doesn't qualify, then the fight is sure as hell not over....it's just the beginning, and a something like this is a big progressive step for our cause. We just have to keep fighting. Remember, this isn't DREAM act, and the possibility of a reform is still ahead of us.
