I now all they want is your money, I pay for my insurance too (you're not the only rich one here =] ). I am just asking if you can get health insurance through the job with that working permit. Usually a job's insurance (depending on the job) has a better coverage and financially cheaper than paying it for yourself.

If my dad still had his job (company went down) I would be in the same situation as you, I would be under his health insurance. I am just concern about this because I have a broken nose right now lol, and I am very lucky I got health insurance this year because my University requires you to. By the way I am not rich either just work very hard and have a helpful father that works a lot just like every Dreamer here.

Q(26). What factors (such as a criminal record) will the person be ineligible to re-apply for a work permit after the two years?

Q.26 Will applying put the parents of the applicant at risk for deportation (assuming the parents are also illegal)?

Q.27 Sort of the same question about SSN but regarding "claiming citizenship" for work purposes [Note: this one is for a friend who's too afraid to ask on their profile lol]

Will there case be weighed on the basis of "Prosecutorial Discretion" , in other words will discretion be exercised if people do not meet the eligibility requirements ? Can the prosecutor choose to look at the facts of the case and say "Even though he or she doesn't meet the requirements because of a "SIGNIFICANT MISDEMEANOR ", he or she meets them in every other way and therefore I am going to ignore it !
