It's getting really confusing around here and I think it's best until we can get more information to create threads for different categories of Dreamers base on the guidelines we have so far.
So this one is for those who entered without inspection.

1. You entered without inspection.

2. You have already graduated from high school or have obtained a general education development certificate.

3. You have no felony offense, a significant misdemeanor offense. ( including DUI, 3 or more misdemeanor)

4. Have come to the United States under the age of sixteen and continuously resided in the United States for at least five years.

5. Maximum age of 30.

6. You are NOT in final order of removal

If that's you, just say YES and this is were the discussion will take place.

I'm EWI too! but im confused because on the FAQ it says:
Does this policy apply to those who are subject to a final order of removal?
Yes. An individual subject to a final order of removal who can demonstrate that he or she meets the eligibility criteria can request a review of his or her case and receive deferred action for a period of two years, subject to renewal. All cases will be considered on an individualized basis.

on the bottom there is also a chart that says to apply to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) when the application period opens

Now is this not true?

I think based on the requirements released EWI dreamers should be fine because what was released didn't mention anything about proving HOW we came to this country....what do you guys think?
