How come your attorney did not try to seek Prosecutorial Discretion? You sound like the perfect candidate for it? Have you sent your appeal? Sounds like you need a new attorney ...

I suggest reading over the requirements yourself. These lawyers know just as much as we do. Be prepared when meeting them, if anything it will keep them on their toes.

Call her back and tell her to get another job because she is not smart enought to be working at all. You don't have to be in removal procedkings. Tell her to get a job digging ditches.

Did anyone READ what this kid wrote?? This was her SECRETARY, not his/her actual lawyer attending to him/her.

figured it is a waiting game for when they announce the procedure etc and it should be done within 60 days. Correct? so i guess be careful and try not to be scammed.

People please log into AILA website and find an attorney who is currently part of the AILA they were part of a seminar last week and trained in this new deffered action.
AILA means nothing as far as competence because is a professional organization, not the State Bar. AILA doesn't grant law practice licenses.

uhhhhh Chill guys I reamed her out. I had to call back...once again she started asking me the same damn questions! I knew damn well she was incorrect so i told her to stop wasting my time and put my lawyer on the phone. finally after she stopped breaking my balls, my lawyer explained that I should see how it plays out come august. he explained this is discretionary, and he doesn't want to put me at risk and make me the example of what not to do.....he also said to disregard the secretary. I agreed because she doesn't know her hand from her ass.
