I understand your restlessness but it is far better for it to be smooth and running in sixty days then chaos ridden and attacked in just a month. Let them take even three months if it means no hassles.

Now I'm wondering whether this was all planned and this memo was just a "testing the waters" type of thing. And now that they see how positive everyone is about it, if it is setting up a DA vote in the Senate.

I've known something like this was going to happen. A while back, there were a lot of articles that mentioned that a member of the Obama Administration said "something is going to happen this year, with or without the Republicans' support" (something along these lines). So all of this was planned and staged out by the Obama. Politically timed and brilliant.
