It was just an example dude... And in my opinion if they plan to break laws they don't deserve to be here. And maybe plan is the wrong word, but to be so careless.

All this DUI NONSENSE should never come up or be associated with any of us henceforth.

If you reread the new information that was released on Friday, you'll see that in terms of travel outside of the country, they're still working on those details so please wait before jumping to conclusions.

Be grateful, do your research and most importantly stay out of trouble!
I do my research. And I always say correct me if I'm wrong like I did. I never said we couldn't travel outside of the country. I said that this isn't a work permit, and tried to say whatever a work permit allows don't assume it will be the same as EAD. Such as travelling outside the country.

And again the DUI was just an example... And thank you I will be on my best behavior.

A work permit is the same thing as an EAD (Employment Authorization Document). I do not believe that an EAD grants people permission to travel outside of the country, you need supporting documentation such as a Green Card (or a Green Card being processed) in the case of Permanenent Residents, after which once in possession of the Green Card, an EAD is no longer needed. Not sure of other visa categories but I'm sure of the Green Card category since some people in my family have gone through the process.

You're absolutely correct. An EAD based on "Deferred action" does not grant travel authorization to return to the US.An EAD based on 'Deferred action' with approved I-131 Travel document might allow an individual back in the US...but it is a gamble.

I have heard of some TPS holders of Haiti being allowed to return on their trip through Advance Parole, but considering that country's issues it shouldn't be surprising they would be allowed back.Further overview concerning travel documentation might be centered around the following.

Read the memo. It clearly says they will be deciding if we can leave the country in a few weeks.

Usually work permits give some sort of legal presence. This does not.

I guess in January I be leaving to Europe or Australia(I got pre approved for a Work Visa(my sister has Australian and Mexican Citizenship and help me ) so if nothing changes till January for my "dream" then that be it for me. Good luck to everyone else tho
I thought the same thing that if you knew the right people you could get in. It's not true. I had a former Marine captain and others on my side and there is no way around it without legal presence. Good luck with everything.

What they decide would still have make no difference to what is currently available.Advanced Parole is not based soley on the new regulations and has been around for sometime.

I clearly stated,"Further overview concerning travel documentation might be centered around the following."
