He worked as Butcher and paid taxes which means he lied on his I-9 This gives me hope.

The father worked as a butcher not the sons, but what do they expect us to have done about I-9s we needed to make money and support our families right?

The article didn't mention anything about those 2 kids proving they were present on June 15th. Take that, paranoids.

Finally some good news. Very glad to hear this. Though I did not do nearly as good as them in school...all we can do now is sit tight and hope for the best. Oh, and get prepared ASAP.

The story is indeed bittersweet, although the kids are staying here—I cannot think how tough it is for them right now knowing their parents are getting deported.
