The USCIS FAQs up to now say that deferred action can be renewed after two years. It would have seemed logical that they would have specified such a significant limitation, i.e."Deferred action can be renewed after two years as long as the applicant has not attained the age of 31."

What the fuck is the USCIS thinking of "thinking" of extending work permits once you reach over age of 30. By the time I get my work permit I will probably be already 31! Bunch of inbred hicks.
