I really hope I won't have to file any other applications like "cancellation of removal".

did you guys see that she was specifically asked if we would be able to get on an air plane?
IF i understood correclty she said yes, the notice of action accompanied by a valid ID should suffice. meaning they can't deport you while the decision on you case in pending. sweet!

In my case, the entire building will be evacuated. Half of the people at my gym probably think I am a half man half bear.

I'm not sure if you saw it but read this.I'm very confident about this one individual had a removal order the other a deportation order. The removal order was closed administratively while the Deportation was asked to be closed by government attorneys in front of an immigration judge.Only an immigration judge can make or change a deportation order so....no worries!

When i was documented you had to wait for USCIS or DHS to send you paperwork with which you requested an appointment and then got your livescan done at one of their facilities. So must we wait to get the Livescan's done still or can we get a head start of this process by completing that now? Most Livescans once approved give you two years but are only valid for verification for up to 3 months from date of approval. My last Livescan which i did as undocumented for work took 6 months to get approval.

Can't wait to finally get my fucking driver license.
Good thing about NY, once you get a license from then on you only extend it (unless you're a shithead and have it taken away), they never ask you for proof of residency again.

Same in California. My dad has had his for many years, easily renewable online or in a mail form and extended. I am thankful for this. If for some reason they remove this memo, we at least have some means of proper identification to drive/travel/ID ourselves.
