Only reason I don't think Romney will is because there seems to be more Democrats energized than Republicans from all of the statistical sites I've read.I think the Republicans voters also don't trust Romney and hence why it looks currently like he will not win against the President so the bottom-line really is that no one should wait to apply for the Deferred action just in case the President plans a next step after this.
