Yea it sucks, one of the workers is really good friends with him and was with him while he was calling immigration. I want to avoid the mess and just give my two weeks notice. But if the process is faster if they get me maybe its a blessing.

what a dickbag he is. You should be safe, and ICE will not waste resources on you since you are not a priority to them.

you should be fine, don't worry. also, you should send him an email or call him or tell his best buddy that still works for the company that you have called ICE on him because he was working illigally. You CANNOT work while under a visitor visa. maybe he will get deported back to spain with its shitty and high unemployment.

Don't worry about it. If they do come in, obviously don't do something stupid and try to run. Stay there and follow their instructions. Keep those numbers, you should be safe if you qualify for DACA, unless you have a criminal record.

I work walking distance to a major Immigration federal building, you can't live in fear your whole life.

Be careful. Best of luck. Glad the others were able to help you out really quickly. Please keep us updated!

Workplace raids are down a lot (like 75%?) while I-9 audits are up.

What ICE is doing these days isn't arresting employees but fining the shit out of employers. Even if your ex-co-worker reported your company to ICE, the one getting in trouble will be your boss.
