Quick question about bank statements.

My sister graduated high school in 08 and since then she doesn't really have any other prof she does have a bank account statements but she never uses her account she has the same amount for years would this be of any use or is it useless.

if there's no activity of her spending/using the account at all, then I would think that it is useless as proof of continuous stay. Does she have other records like medical or College records after she graduated?
