So I heard from my parents that Tattoos would be a problem to qualify for Deferred Action, now I have a 3/4 sleeve koi fish tattoo. it is very significant for me.
I have no criminal record and average grades in college. any advice?

as long as its not something that looks gang related or features skulls, guns etc should be ok.

My bro was worrying me too about it. As the previous poster stated, only if they're gang related you should be worried especially when you have a criminal record.

I hope my MLPFIM brony tattoos are ok...

j/k

Yep, as long as it's not gang related or "notorious" you should be fine. With no criminal history I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Are you planning on sending pictures of yourself to the immigration officers? So far, there hasn't been any requirements to meet with an officer, one on one, for an interview.
