Also high school records from 2007-2009, I might add all my school records starting from kindergarten as well
So you got nothing for 2011?
Did you graduate from high school?
You got no medical records, utilities, dental records? anything...

Yes I did graduate from High School in 2009. And I don't have any medical records nor bank records.

I am not applying because I found out I qualify to adjust under 245i. I am starting the process next week... I wanted to apply for DACA due the price ($465 vs 5k) but figured it's worth it.

DACA would be plan C according to my lawyer.

My mom applied for a labor certificate back in 2001, got in before the deadline. She just barely told me, "Mijo ask the lawyer if these help" ...they did. Since I am married to a citizen, she will petition for me.

Congrats, and it makes perfect sense what you're doing but had no idea lawyers charged that much for marriage adjustment.

Well $2500 lawyer fees.. + $1490 application fees + $1000 245i fee. The $$ was the only reason I really want to apply for DACA lol.

$2500 for lawyer fees is a lot. Is that normal for marriage adjustment?

I researched other lawyers in the Los Angeles area...the majority had a 2500 fee.
