Ahh so excited! So I'm not clear on the fees - do they want two separate checks, one for 765 and the other for biometrics or can it be combined into one?

Combined is what they want. One check or money order for $465

For those having trouble viewing the pdfs, simply download them directly to the computer and they will open just fine.

DON'T try to view them IN THE BROWSER.

CAUTION

When writing your I-765, make sure that you write " c 33" for question 16. The instruction also has "c 14" as deferred action, but that's NOT DACA. REMEMBER, (c) (33) is our category.

Does anyone know if we can efile the I-765?

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/usc...00d1f1d6a1RCRD

edit: actually seeing the last post c 33 is the category for DACA so i guess prolly not cus the deferred action on the list is (c)(14)

No, we can't e-file. The instructions say to strictly mail this to the immigration centers.

You are to file I-765 concurrently with I-821D, I-765WS, and (optional, but highly recommended) G-1145 (G-1145 lets you get email update from USCIS on your application) + all the evidence you need. So there's definitely no e-filing involved with DACA.

It looks like we don't need to provide evidence for economic necessity - just fill out I-765WS for that purpose.
