Yup. Here is a page for the Lockbox locations:

We suggest that you use a separate check or money order for each application in the package and biometric fees. If a single check is submitted for multiple applications and one of the applications must be rejected, then all applications will be rejected. The Lockbox can not accept overpayment and make partial refunds.

I believed 2 separate checks.

Would tuition qualify as annual expense? Even though my dad pays for it?

If you read it carefully, they don't "cash" your check. Instead, they take your bank # and routing # directly from your check. So it's one fee.

okay this may be repetitive but what would be an "expense"? like just bills in your name or stuff like groceries and gas money and stuff like that?

Form i-765

Top it asks for USCIS office, will we use the ones posted in the news section? I saw one where you would put the office according to where you live but this is for the i-821. Would it be the same? then it asks for Results; Granted or Denied, I suppose I should leave this blank?

Also someone answer about the Social Security question please.

It's one money order.
We suggest that you use a separate check or money order for EACH APPLICATION in the package and biometric fees.

If a single check is submitted for multiple applications and one of the applications must be rejected, then all applications will be rejected. The Lockbox can not accept overpayment and make partial refunds.

The bolded part is saying if you put one money order for MULTIPLE APPLICANTS, meaning if someone and their sibling decide to put both their fees combines (465+465) into one money order and one of them fails and the other passes, they both automatically fail for having the money orders combined.
