Regarding this, i entered with fraud identity. I used my first name but different last name, so am i considered EWI, because the thing is i arrived in the US only 2 weeks before my 16th birthday and i planned to used this passport and this I94 card as proof since its the only document available right now.

I have a similar case, please let me know if you get a answer for this.

Anyone else put "B2 - TEMPORARY VISITOR FOR PLEASURE" for status of entry?

Yep- any of those numbers, SSN, Alien Number, I-94, if you don't have it, leave it blank.

So, could the income on 765WS be an issue? I mean the application is for being able to work, so I'm just not sure whether they are expecting the income to be $ 0. I work using my ITIN and real name, so I guess I can't do anything but list my real income, just a little worried about that section.

Hey guys, I am a little worried about form I-765WS. I have been working on the books using my SSN since HS, and have also been paying my taxes every year since. I make a decent living with a good income. I really want to know if this will disqualify me from getting my EAD. Aside from my income I also have a decent amount of cash saved in a savings account and also have a CD with a little under 10k in it. However, I have a dependent, my mother, who is a permanent resident. I have been waiting for this day to apply for my EAD to someday get a license/car and live carefree. But I don't know if they consider me as having a "economic need for employment" since I do have a fairly good income. However, technically I am working illegally and if provided with EAD then I can work without any issues and continue. I would appreciate anyone with any insight on this.

Are your expenses for your mother significant? Also you definitely want to be honest in your application because they would easily verify whatever you put on there, we don't know. In the space below you want to explain that you want to be able to have actual permission to work in the country, or something like that. It's tricky! I don't know if they would consider you to have economic need if you're self sufficient.

Dude I'm in a similar situation. I don't make as much as you but it's up there. This is stressing me out.
