Estimated date of entry should be fine (write down a date closest to the earliest document proving that you were here)

Also what if i dont remember the date of entry into the US i was 2yrs old.
I don't see a question 2L and nothing requesting a SSN on that page? Also do you have a real SSN assigned to you? If you don't why bother even putting it- it's false information that can get you in serious trouble.

Ok so i came here cause i had a question but i couldn't find it and ended up calling the uscis hotline at 800-375-5283.

my question was about reporting income on the I-765 worksheet. I currently make $65,000 a year but i do not report taxes cause it's a fake SSN, i was concerned about my work authorization being denied because i do not show economic necessity making that much money.

So i called the number waited for 20 min, finally got through, first CSR couldn't help me and she transferred me to a tier level 2 representative. I explained to him my situation and that i made 65k under a fake ssn and didn't report taxes. He told me they would not penalize me or deny me because of that since i cannot legally work and it would be to their best interest that i actually report and pay taxes on that. I asked him "are you sure???" and he reassured me lol (i was very concerned about this) So i guess i'll report it and explain on the details the situation and that i need the work authorization to legally earn and pay taxes on the income.

Also, on a side note i seen people asking about passport photos. I don't believe you need to submit any based on the I-765 instructions. On page 6 it states: "If you are filing under the (C)(33) category, additional documentation beyond what you submit under Question 3 on page 3 of the Filing Instructions for Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, is not required"
So only the docs required for Form I-821D are required and nothing else, i don't believe the passport photo is required on that form.

I don't know, I haven't read the instructions that carefully. But maybe include the pics just in case? Seriously, they cost like $10 at Walgreens, come on.

Also, yes definitely state your income truthfully, and in the space underneath explain that you don't pay taxes on it. They'll definitely want to tax you if you're making that much money.

Please help. I'm trying to prove that I was here on June 15th. I don't live on my own (so no rent receipts, mortgage, bills), don't have a job (no pay stubs), no bank account (no withdrawal statements or receipts), no medical records (didn't go to the doctor that day), and no school records (it's summer and no class).

The only thing I have is a dated envelope mailed to me at June 7, 2012 from my college with my associates degree on it and my cellphone records (the bill is paid by my parents though, but the line is under my name I guess) that shows I made calls that day.

Is there anyway I can prove it???
