1. I came as an illegal immigrant, e.i. I cross the border pretending to be someone else. What option should I choose in the "Status of entry" part?

2. Is there any way I can pay with a credit card? If so, how?

Is anyone using a attorney/representative? I went to one yesterday and they wanted to charge me 2 grand for just my filing process. I just want to know if there is any programs helping us dreamers or what could we do to file the forms in the most proffesional manner like a attorney.

just out of curiosity what is the processing time for the application. within how much time they will respond back? is there any clarity on that yet?

I was told from 4-6 months. But the lawyer i had a consultation with was a douche so don't quote me on that.

You might just need to update or use a different browser as I just accessed both i-821 app/instr and i-765 app/instr in the last 5 mins.

I have been using Internet Explorer and Firefox with no luck. I have also cleared my cache's and history.
