That sounds good enough. Also, you could get some of those arrow Post Its to emphasize the date on the copy of your Mexican consular.

Yes, I don't see why not. It was issued to you on that date.

Hello guys. A lot of information here. Thanks a bunch. I have however a few question for which I have not found the answers yet:
-For the part where it ask you to list the absences, should I list the times that I went to Mexico for vacations (about a day or two) when I still had a visa? I have no record of these visits since they don't always scan your visa upon returning and there is no paperwork involved other than just showing them your visa. Should I leave this field blank?
-Should I leave out the part where it asks for I-94 number if I lost mine? I don't have those little papers anymore but I am wondering if I should leave that blank.
-Would it be a good idea to provide a copy of your expired tourist visa as proof of identity? It says in their website that it would be, but wondering whether I should attach it with my birth certificate.
-Also, I am thinking of myself translating my birth certificate since I don't see information anywhere as to whether it has to be notarized or not. Any light on this?

I desperately need help!

On the I-765WS... My husband and I have a joint bank account, I understand that I need to put in my income and my expenses; however, we currently have about 10k in the bank from a combination of wedding gifts, money for our honeymoon (we still haven't gone), and money we have saved for the past 7 months for our immigration process. Since that money belongs to the both of us, do I still need to claim it an as MY asset?

Any suggestions would greatly help!

They only provide 3 additional address slots on the I821D. What if you've lived in more than 3 different locations(since 94)?

Do I qualify for Deferred action if my sister filed a petition for me when she was 21?
I'm currently in line, but the waiting time is over 15 years!!! ????

For 10k, you can afford it.

Sorry, but you sound a lot like the trollers that come here and only do 1 posts in 6 different names in a span of 5 minutes.

Did this occur during 2007-2012? If not, it doesn't matter.

Leave it blank, its not a required document.[/quote]

Yes, attach as many government documents that identify you as you

Might need to have it notarized as a self-made birth certificate would be fishy. **THIS PART IS JUST MY OPINION**

Put that in the page 6, additional information extra pages.

It acts like an extra sheet during college/essay tests where you put in work connected to your essay. have to read it carefully tho, fill up the right question # and letter in the boxes.
