Sorry, but you sound a lot like the trollers that come here and only do 1 posts in 6 different names in a span of 5 minutes.
Lol, no. I just found this forum and noticed everyone was very helpful and figured I wouldn't lose anything with asking. 10k sounds like a lot but when you're going through this, it's not. I would get an immigration lawyer but half of that 10k is already going to my immigration lawyer for our consular process, the other half is for my tuition and the wonderful trip (hah!) to Ciudad Juarez, MX for the interview. I'll need to work a way to stretch this money. Thanks for your reply!

No problem, and I'm sorry again. I don't mean to be rude, but this forum have been flooded with trollers lately, which, in my opinion, isn't very nice considering we are all here helping eachother out with serious concerns.

On another note, I really do think you should ask an immigration lawyer about your case. Lots of us are at lost about the forms as well since our cases are different from eachother. But if you have the money to hire a lawyer who can guide you specifically with your concern, then do it.

Also...welcome to the forum.

It acts like an extra sheet during college/essay tests where you put in work connected to your essay. have to read it carefully tho, fill up the right question # and letter in the boxes.
The extra space they provide on page 6 seems to be designated for certain questions(not addresses). No?

Tricky question here: Are you guys putting your fake SSN's? Do you think there will be a problem for using it? And if you don't put it, will they check and find you lying?
Also for annual income, can you put $0 if you don't work or can you include allowance or any small "income" from casual jobs?
Also for birth certificate with photo ID: My country doesn't have such a thing.....i'm clueless
THANKS~

Leave it blank, its not a required document.

Yes, attach as many government documents that identify you as you

Might need to have it notarized as a self-made birth certificate would be fishy. **THIS PART IS JUST MY OPINION**[/quote]
Thanks Greentea.
Yes, the visits occurred inside that time lapse but since they were only about a day or two in duration I have no record of them whatsoever and they do not always scan your visa upon entering. The translated birth certificate would be secondary because I am thinking of using my expired tourist visa as proof of identity. Would it also be a good idea to just include it and a translation for it? Should I include it at all?
Also, I am a little confused as to the pictures. Do we need to attach two pictures as it's being mentioned here?
Thanks a bunch guys.

I first came into the U.S. at 3 months old and have proof of me having immunization records, but when i was 5 years my parents and I went to Mexico and came back to the U.S. a year later. For the form i-821 question 13 would i put the date when I was 3 months old or when I was 6 years old?(Ever since I was 6 I haven't left the U.S.) Also for the I-765 which one would I put? I'll appreciate if anyone can help.
