If I have an out of state drivers liscence do I have to include that address?

Also, do I need proof of living in the US for each month since June of 2007?

Here's the exact wording on the I-821D instruction sheet:

"Translations. Any document containing foreign language submitted to USCIS must be accompanied by a full English language translation which the interpreter has certified as complete and accurate, and by the interpreter's certification that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign language into English"

If anyone did this please let me know how you went about it. :0

Okay I have a question similar to this now. On my application, I have included a copy of my birth Mexican certificate and my Mexican passport. Would I still need to get the birth certificate translated?

The form instructions says: "Do not submit Form I-131, application for Travel document, with form I821D; if you do, the entire submission will be rejected and returned to you.

If anyone has asked a lawyer or knows the answer please comment. I tried calling my atty but they're busy (I know, shocker!)
