hi everyone, i have read all pages and you guys have been of great help.

i have a petty theft charge from 3 years ago. i tried sneaking out from walmart with a cd (i know, one of the dumbest moves i have ever done). i got caught but wasnt arrested, i had to go to court, pay the fees and attend volunteer work, i did a total of 40 hours.

anyway, since thats my only bad thing i have done besides being caught driving without a license, am i still eligible for deferred action? and on the form, under where it asks if i have ever committed a misdemeanor, should i check yes? i dont have any of the paperwork from court since i have thrown everything out. should i just talk about it on part 7?

thanks in advance.

that's why you use page 6 of I-821D, which is Part 7 for "Additional Information.

Can someone please answer this question!
What do we put for the SSN question? Do we list the ones that we have used (fake)? or should we leave it blank? I havent seen an answer to this ANYWHERE.
Thank you!

How was it that you didn't get arrested but had to go to court?
