people are talking about a cover letter but i can't find anything on the USCIS page

do i need it or not??

I just replied to your other post. You don't need it, it's just a courtesy letter. Stop panicking lol

It's not necessary but always a good idea to make the review process easier for the officer and to present yourself as a good candidate.


You should simply say

Dear Sir/Madam,

The supporting documents and evidence for forms I-821D, I-765, and I-765WS are in this particular order.

*just bullet point your order of organization using Word or another word processor*
