I think we might have to. I feel confident filling out my stuff but I don't want to risk my sister. Since, this isn't the only issue we have with her application. :/

My little brother is also in this predicament ....15 and spent the day at home because it was summer vacation.

A semester after would be...waiting for the new year to start ans wait for his report card in late september....should he wait to apply?

I have a lenscrafters receipt from June 17th, that's about it. Will that work? Also I've been enrolled in college but didn't go during the summer and i'm scheduled to start next week. I hope that's enough.

I have evidence for the 14th and 16th of June but not the 15th! I discovered something though. The 15th was the day of my little brothers promotion. Fortunately, I took pictures (from phone) that day. How is that useful? Pictures taken from a phone have "DETAILS". Meaning the picture has the DATE of when it was taken.. just go to settings and see details.. hope it works.

Just use the evidence from the 14th/16th... you really think the person looking over your form would be like " hey there is proof this person was here on the 14th and the 16th, but not the 15th? I wonder if he somehow disappeared for one day?!"

I still need help, proving I was here June 15. I went to church that day. It wasn't anything special but I was there as well as the Sunday after that day and the Wednesday before that. Could my pastor make a note and sign it saying I was there??

Hey folks, I work with accredited immigration service providers and one of our service providers said that the employer letters COULD BE turned over to ICE since the employer should not be hiring someone without legal permission to work in the US and that employer could be fined. Remember that USCIS has said that they will be turning over information of criminal records of applicants to ICE, and they may do that concerning employers as well. She did say that it would be a risk that the employer and applicant can choose to take since the large number of letters would mean ICE would exercise its own prosecutorial discretion as to whether or not they would take action in those cases and on which cases to take action on. But our social workers are NOT including any work records in the applications that we are helping people fill out since it could be used against the applicant or their employer.
