Though I would share this tips I found:
Fill out the form in BLUE ink. If you complete the form online, sign it in BLUE ink
The following is a short list of hints for filling out the I-765:
Line 1: Make sure that your last name is spelled out in all capital letters . But your first name should be spelled out with only the first letter in caps. (For example: SMITH, John)
Line 3: We recommend that you use the OIS address because USCIS will not forward mail if you move. Also, the postal service may not deliver your card if your name is not on the mailbox.

It costs 100 to renew my passport plus 3 months processing time. So I think it was worth it.

Blue ink? I thought it specifically said to only use black ink.

It would be common sense for the agents to use that as a background for all the other documents asking our shortform name.

Your Full Legal Name in the U.S. is : [First Name] [Middle Name] [1st Family Name]

that's what you enter for when they ask your Full Legal Name...when they ask you for other Names Used you Enter

[First Name] [Middle Name] [1st Family Name] [2nd Last Name]

Hope that clears it for you

Same, whenever it asked for full name, I put [LAST NAME 1] [LAST NAME 2] [First name] [Middle name]. That's what all my official documents say (birth cert., passport, home country ID) plus my college diploma. My high school diploma, and all of my transcripts, only have my first, middle and last name1. Hope that's not a problem.

This gets complicated... some of the investments are actually belong to my friend, they deposit money and invest with my account.
Since the account is under my ITIN, should I report everything as asset?

And I pay for all the bills (cellphone, phone, gas, electricity... )
Do I include that as expense?
Hey have you filed taxes on your earnings?
You need to report it the same asset value as you do when filing taxes.. Since it is all under your name you need to report the current value of everything; doesn't matter if your friends give you money for it or not; it is your account. How you have the account open (ITIN/SSN) doesn't matter because you still have access to the money; just don't forget to pay your taxes on stuff and charge your friends for the taxes you need to pay ..is not all about gains

Yes you need to list your personal yearly expenses, so just some up your monthly bills and multiply by twelve...they want to know if you are barely making ends meet with your salary and expenses...example if you are reporting assets of 25k income of 30k and expenses of 15k...you are doing pretty well and no need for work permit..but if you have income of 15k assets of 5k but your expenses are 12k...you are struggling and need better job....the main focus is going to be on income and expenses..assets are taken into account but not by a lot because is not a flow of money.

From what I have read, it's safer to put "high school graduate" in that space. I mean, in the guidelines they ask specifically for high school graduates, in school (not clear if hs or college? to me at least), or military. I already finished my college degree but I'm putting "high school graduate" just to be safe.
