What?????....Your legal name must match your birth certificate which in the other hand must also match your passport...you have it the other way around..Your Legal Name is the one in your passport if it matches birth certificate and under other names used you put the one you have been using since living here..Is a bit confusing if you clarify your situation a little more I can help you out more

You are in quite a pickle .. you can not put EWI and have an I-94 at the same time..you will just be giving yourself up for fraud. It will be hard for you to prove your age without the passport..Let me ask this first is all other information in your passport correct?...does your birth date match your birth certificate.. and another important thing is also ..once you were here did you continue using the new identity?...I'm thinking of what you can do is list your REAL FULL NAME and then put the name in your passport under OTHER NAMES USED. But this is only if the birth dates match. If nothing else matches with the passport; I am sorry to tell you but you are out of luck......another thing you can do is go to your consulate request a real passport from your country with your real information birth certificate and everything....forget that I-94 and put EWI once you have everything and realllllllly reallly get as much evidence as you can that you were here before you were 16 and been here for a while...maybe you went somewhere special for your 16th ? ..not sure but that's my advice send me a message if you want to discuss things further

well really count the expenses that you pay for ..does she have medical bills, medicine, rent other things that you pay for then your expenses go up and it will not look like you make much money. They would not consider you if you have high income and low expenses but again don't force things to look certain way; just don't lie and try to see how much you are paying for your mother and for yourself.

I am having trouble understanding how to fill out the additional information (pg6 part 7) of the i-821d form. Does each box correspond to an individual address? and what do they mean by part number and item number?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the pg number would be 3 and part number would be 2, but what would be the item number be? 6.a.?

hmmm well include it if you paid for it or a family member paid for it..if you are on scholarships then just list your personal expenses...or you can list the amount and on the explanation say how it was paid for
