If you have a high school transcript/diploma then is given that you graduated an elementary/middle school. if you have those diplomas then great include them..but the High School one should suffice

eh I mean I'm not sure; remember that a real person will be reviewing your file if you have like a very good award that shows you will contribute to this country (valedictorian) or what not then why not mail it in?...I don't think is necessary proof if you are able to show your transcripts and diplomas just a nice touch .

Nickname better not be something offensive? ...and don't think necessary unless you actually put your nickname for a legal form or bank account or something.

Requestor's Certification? What is that? Do I sign there if I am filing the application myself?

And since I am doing this app by myself, do I leave page 5 completely blank (I821)

lol okay, mail in every little honor roll diploma you've got. See how much longer than everybody else you'll have to wait to get all your stuff processed. Seriously, like you said, A REAL HUMAN BEING is processing your documents, do you think they care about anything beyond the requirements? You'll just piss them off because they'll have to sift through a hundred documents to get to the actual things they're looking for.

Yeah I made that error at first, but notice that on page 3 there is already an item number 6 (I think it's something to do with leaving the country). So you can't use number 6 or 7. You would put: page 3, part 2, item 8
