It's regarding my brother... See my mom brought us here back in 1999 for a couple of months and then we went back to Mexico to renew the form I-94 and we came back in Feb of 2000 and never went back. By then my brother was 15 and turning 16 on March 1st. Does the I-94 helps to prove that he came here at 15? We no longer have the I-94 but we can request a copy.

Also he suffered an accident in 1999 and we can get the hospital records as well.

Thank You

Yeah an I-94 would help but if you don't have it and need a copy you'll have to pay around 300 and wait a few months for it. Did you arrive with a passport? You can use the stamps on the PP instead. It'll save you money and time, imo

If you have solid evidence he came before 16 I wouldn't worry about it. You could probably still fill out the application.

Thing is that he doesn't have anything that says that he was here from the day we came(Feb) to the day before his B-day.. He has his school record but all of them are from August of that year. The only thing that has his name is the I-94 :O

I would get a lawyer.

You might need to request a copy of the I94 simply because you have no proof he came here before his 16th and you don't want him to get rejected.
