I was just wondering whether anyone else has more than one middle name and did you put all of them on the same line? I put the first one in the middle line and then the rest on "other names" is that okay?
I have four names, what I did was in the first section where it says names I put my first name by itself, my two last names together with a hyphen to connect it like this: Blah-Hah, and for my middle names I put them both in the middle name box with no hyphen like this: Blah Blah.
However in my US school stuff I only have 2 names. I put those two in the other names section. That way my foreign stuff matches my names in the first part, and my school stuff and bank stuff matches my name is the other names section. I think this makes the most sense, hope it helped!
