Is the Chicago Lock Box the only one taking DACA cases?

Going by Page 8 of i-765 instructions right bottom corner

Found contradicting info, my guess is this will work?

But I'm from Florida so I have to mail my 765 and 821 to Texas according to this:

Am I missing something here?

Thanks in advance!

If you were never inspected or got caught then the answer should be EWI, Entry without Inspection.

Plus by giving you the permit, your income becomes taxable income, which I'm sure they'll take in consideration.

thanx this is what i need some suggestions or advices before i mail it.

Hey guys,

I'm not sure if this has been asked before......this thread has 60 pages...but I'm wondering about question #14 of I-765, the one that asks about the "Manner of Entry"? It is just the same as "Status of Entry" in question #15 in I-821D?

Please help!

Ok, thank you guys so much, that helped. Another quick question, my high school gave me a ssn, its not real but they made it for identification purposes. Im sure every undocumented person gets one, Its on my transcripts. Also the SSN# started with a letter. it was in this format YXX-XX-XXXX. Anyways, i used it to get a teen bank account and get a fishing license. I changed the first letter to a number when I used it. I looked it up and it doesnt belong to anyone.

Should I worry about it since I included it on my I-765 application?

I sent out my forms to the Phoenix lockbox

USCIS
Attn: AOS
1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S
Suite 100
Phoenix, AZ 85034

instead of Attn: DACA.

Will this delay my application being received/looked at?

DACA = Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
AOS = Adjustment of Status

I found the AOS address on the instructions for the I-765 instructions page, I sent the 765 and the 821 in together.

I already bought my money order for $465, but I don't think it will be an issue. Right? Right?! Someone please calm my anxiety. He he. Anyway here's the link:

You send it together the $465

After some online research (and it appears pretty unanimous). You put down your own address.
