Please help!

Hey guys been lurking here since 2010. First time poster!

I've been gathering up my evidence documents and this is what I have so far:
-Expired Tourist Visa (B2: Visit for pleasure)
-Birth Certificate
-Vaccination records from Pre-K
-Official High School transcripts (from August 2007 till June 2011)
-High School Diploma
-College transcripts Fall 2011 & Spring 2012 (My grades SUCK so idk if I should include them)

I'm planning on getting my birth certificate translated soon and also plan on getting my matricula consular. Should I also get my renewed passport? My family doesn't have much money so I'm trying to keep costs at a minimum. Although, my parents agree it is very worth it.

Any other documents I need? Please let me know! Thanks in advance.

You can translate the certificate yourself: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/usc...000ecd190aRCRD

You also don't need a matricula if you're getting a passport.
Passport > Matricula

Ahh. Thanks! You think I have gathered enough evidence to prove my time here?

If you show proof that:
You entered the US before the age of 16
You have been in the US for the past 5 years since June 15, 2012
You were present in the US on June 15, 2012

Include your transcripts, even if you have bad grades. The requirements did not include a certain GPA.

One last question:
Can we use our parents tax returns as proof that we have been here for 5 years?

yes definitely renew your passport. like ur parents say, it is worth it and always good to have it on hand. and definitely include your college transcripts. not everybody is book smart. its proof of your presence =)
