-I have attended the Northern Virginia Community College for 2 years now...PERIODICALLY.

-I have missed 2012 spring semester.

-Also, my official transcript doesn't show month or date of the semester. Will that be a problem?

-Is this transcript the only way to prove my being here last two years? I only recently (this month, as a matter of fact) got the checking account

I had a similar thought earlier. I got my transcripts from college yesterday, I opened them up, and I noticed that they don't show the dates that each semester covers. What I ended up doing was, going online to my college's website, looked through the online catalog for the years that I attended (2007-2012), and for each year, they had a "College Schedule" that provided the dates that each semester covers. I added that as part of my package, and made a note on my "table of contents" that the college schedule is to be used as a reference to the college transcripts provided, to show which dates they cover.

Now I actually ended up dropping 4 classes in the Fall 2009 semester, they show 'W' for withdraw on the transcripts, so I was wondering if that would raise a flag, that I dropped the classes and thus need to prove that I was here for that semester where I dropped the entire semester.

Try to keep the gaps between dates at about 30 days, no more than 45 days.
Remember if you have dates that can be covered by school records try to find any correspondence from those dates and just copy that, I imagined the school still send letters etc.

Good Luck.

Thought the same here, plus I had to withdraw in 2012 Spring semester because of the financial problem. I live with my parents (as paying out-of-state takes up all my monthly income) and did not have hospital bill, utility bill, or anything else with my name on.

Would a "letter of witness" type of thing from my pastor work?

Yes and you need a minimum of two Affidavits, remember these have to be notarized.
This only applies to the requirement of continuous presence, you can't use Affidavits for any of the other requirements.

Good Luck.

I also had to withdraw last semester (Spring 2012) due to financial reasons. I suggest filling in the gap with bank statements? Thats what I'm going to do. Also, I noticed that my college transcripts show that I signed up for classes that Semester but withdrew. It shows I was here around that time, and thats all that matters.

Good luck!

Thanks, everyone. A few more questions Who else can write affidavits for me besides pastors (I might have to wait until weekends...which I would rather not do)?

And for being a resident on June 15, 2012, would printing this out from online blackboard count?:

I am also using my college transcripts to prove continuous residence from 2003-2011, but as with many of you there were some quarters when I simply did not have the money to attend, creating 3 month gaps at least once per year. I also never took summer quarters. But I don't think I need to do anything to cover those months, if I did not attend a certain quarter I don't think they will assume that I left the country and then came back for the next quarter. I think we only need to provide reasonable proof we were here, they won't be super picky about it, especially since we are college students. I believe my 2003-2011 transcripts will be enough to prove continuous residence even with the gaps. It's only a problem if you can't prove from the last quarter you attended to today, but for that I am just going to use bank statements.

I didn't have the money to attend Fall 2011, and am still paying for the semester prior to that. I have 4 classes left before graduation but I cant afford it now since I am not working. I cant drop $6,000 just like that. So just taking it slowly I guess. I do have prof of my previous semesters. And bank statements stating I have been in the states continuously. This situation makes me a bit nervous though.
