I entered the USA in May 2001, I was detained at the Texas border , I was 14 at the time crossing with my mother.
I was printed and assigned an alien number then I was released in the custody of my mother,
we were allowed to leave on the 30 day notice to appear and went to live with my aunt in Houston. Later that year in 2001, I found out less than 3 months ago I was issued a final order of deportation in San Antonio, I was not present my aunt advised me not to go as there would be no problems
I entered school in 2001 and graduated in 2006, during that time my aunt and I filled out a work authorization form called
tps for Salvadoreans, I was issued a different alien number, using fraudulent info my aunt advised me to at 15, in which I was assigned a social security number and worked to pay my aunt back the money for getting me across. my question is do I use the social security number in the form I 820D or use the first alien number assigned at my place of entry and eliminate the social security number, even though i worked under the second alien number and fraudulent social security number? I have had no arrest or any criminal records, I also have a daughter born in 2008.Thanks for any help/ideas... ETC

P.S. TPS WAS DENIED IN 2003 USCIS sent a letter saying My proof was not enough, SO I DON'T HAVE LEGAL STATUS IN USA.

Double P.S Am I fried?????

If your On TPS and its curent they you don't qualified for DACA, I would defiantly hire lawyer in your case.

If you already recieved other type of benefit, I think you don't qualify under DACA. This is only for people who have nothing at all. and need to come out of the shadows

That's a question best answered by a lawyer.

You should look online for free consultations and try to find a lawyer that'll answer that for you

With that said my unprofessional opinion is that there's room on the application to include more information. You could place your first a# there and an explanation as to why you were given the current a#. That way you disclose both A numbers. Also, you should place your social security number for further transparency. But again, CONSULT A LAWYER

You must hire lawyer since you had immigration case in past.

To apply you cannot be on TPS, you cannot have any legal status and you would not want to apply for this if you already have legal status as this is not legal status and not guaranteed to continue.

With that said... consult with a lawyer about what your options are.

It was denied back in 2003, so once again i don't have legal status in the country.
