No you don't "need" it, but it shows your well organized. It also tells your case worker what you have in your large envelop. It's just a way to organize things.

The way I see it is, out of those 1.4 they are not gonna go through with EACH one. I am sure they "filter" out ones and if they see a unorganized one, its most likely they just put it aside from the most organized ones. Really just common sense.

im pretty sure you dont need a cover letter letting them know your "sad story." haha
on the other hand, your lawyer should def include a very detailed table of contents to guide the person reviewing your case!

what does proof of presence on day of request for DACA mean ( exhibit 6) ? do I have to prove I was here the day I mailed it? filled the forms and stuff?

The fact we filled, signed, and shipped the forms, along with the rest of our documentation, should obviously indicate we were present the day we requested DACA.
