Sorry brahs, this is my first time sending a mail/package so I would appreciate if you guys would give me an idea on how to do it like did you print something online etc etc.? ( I am going to use UPS )

A big envelope which lets you insert papers inside without folding it. Go to Walmart or Staples and you'll see it.

why don't you use usps? they have the envelopes there already, free. they'll tell you which to use

I'd recommend using USPS. They have everything there literally laid out for you. All the envelopes and all the slips and stamps you need. And it's free (except the stamp of course).

Just go to your local post office, pick up a Priority Mail or Express Mail envelope. Fill out the appropriate address slip. Take it to the teller, and they'll do the rest for ya. And make sure you have the correct address (if you're using Express Mail or something like UPS/FedEx, it's not the P.O. box address I believe).

I sent using priority mail to the express mail, is there any problem with that?

It all depends where you live. I live in Houston, so priority mail or express mail makes absolutely no difference since I am so close to Dallas. That said, I bought a label off one of those APC machines in addition to the delivery confirmation feature.

What I meant was is there a problem is I sent the priority mail to the express address?
