Still not sure if im sending the letter of employer and my pay stubs with it since i worked with a fake social. Waiting till i talk to a lawyer

It has been said over and over again regarding this issues: Do NOT submit check stubs that show you were working with a SSN that is not yours. Instead, show your tax returns (if you filed with your ITIN).

Submitting tax returns also requires you to submit w2. USCIS made an extra effort to make a note of that.

my pay stubs dont show the ssn just the las 4 digits. plus i got a letter from my manager saying that i worked with them from 2005 to 2011.. do you think that will work?

Also, it has to be just one check of $465 payable to Department of Homeland Security, not two separate checks.

If you go on the instructions pdf for the application, it tells you what documents you can use. For employment records they need to have your employer info as well as the relevant dates.

Did your school give you the lettermexplaining why they dont give out official transcripts to students? My school only gave me unofficial transcripts ;(

I've talked to lawyers about this and they've told me that it doesn't matter if your pay stubs show a fake ssn. That USCIS knows most of us have worked with a fake number, they just want proof of your presence here.

So I guess lawyers themselves aren't even 100% sure.
