Will these evidence be enough?

My friend was told by his lawyer that birth certificate and some family relationship certificate (IDK the exact name) are needed

1. Completed I-821D, I-765, I-765 WS, G-1145

2. Have $465

3. Copied:

-Current college ID
-Passport and VISA (B2) from when I came in
-Elementary, Middle, High School transcript (graduation date on all, sealed, signed)
-I-94 form
-I-94 extension letter
-College transcript (no date)
-Unofficial college transcript (date)
-My communications course grade: has a grade on June 14 then skips to June 23.
-Letter of witness from my pastors (for my 5 continuous residence/Skipped a semester or two)

4. What I don't have/was thinking was unnecessary:

-Birth certificate
-Family relationship certificate
-Current passport (I renewed the old one twice for in-States traveling)
-High School diploma
-Something else

I think you are good to go.

What about what I don't have?

(Sorry) Bump. I'm really worried about my 5-year continuous residence thing. I just saw that letter of witness thing from pastors/etc. wouldn't work since it's not 'official.'

I think you should mail your HS diploma, passport and bank statements or other bills IF you have them.

what is G-1145? do we need it?

IF that is your only issue, they will send you an RFE or Request for Evidence.

Relax man. The more worried you are, the more error prone you will get with the rest of the documents.

You will not be denied outright for lack of evidence (unless its really severely lacking, I assume).
