Truancy at worst is an infraction don't sweat it I have one too. If you went to court and paid a fine it might appear on courthouse record, but is nothing.

I would really like some reassurance.
Around 3 years ago I was in a car with a driver who had marijuana, he was arrested and charged for possession. I was driven home by the police ( I was not given a warning or a ticket of any kind). I do know they took my name and looked at my ID (they never took my finger prints). Will this come up when I get the Biometrics done? This shouldn't be on my record right? Will it hurt me in anyway if it is? I keep thinking about that night and thinking over and over again what information they have on me and how this could effect me?

Help and words of advice?

People in situations like yours should check the Police department to see if they have something on you. You probably appear as a witness on a police report. You are fine if you were never arrested and convicted.

nope never arrested, they just took me home. Well first they asked if I could drive his car home and after I told them I had no license they drove me home. I'm sure they would have given me some kind of paper if they where charging me with something even if it was a warning right?
