I'm taking the Risk. Because If i don't, I will never know if I could benefit from this. And i'm not affraid to try, If it gets deny ( which I don't see why) then let it be it. I'm already 28 and this is my last shot to become legal. So I've sent every proof I was able to get. It's now in the hands of God, and he will decide my future in this country.

Fear was put in the minds of those who qualified for TPS under Honduran and Nicaraguam back in 1999. And look, 13 years later, they still under that protection.

It's up to you if you want to put your trust in a lawyer, or GOD, who will have the last word.

Also, let me add, They approved this provision because they really want to bring people out of the shadows, So if anybody gets deny, it's either because they lied in their application or they don't have no enough evidence of being here for 5 years, or education.

I don't think they are doing this just to be denying every application they get.

The information is all over the place concerning the interpretation of what the lawyers said. They are basically all correct hypothetically and should be treated only as hypothetical for the time being. This is definitely a better alternative than not having documentation dependent of course on the applicant, there history and the evidence associated. The key here is what do Dreamers as a group do about it and will the response be unilaterally for the future which is all up to Dreamers at this point.

The reality is that no matter a Democrat or Republican Administration the only guaranteed protection from any form of removal/deportation is lawful permanent residence!

I understand where you're coming from. I also thought about bank statements not being enough. I use my mom's debit card all the time. They could easily say that someone else could be making transaction with my card. If they do go that route, I expect that they will at least ask for more evidence, which thankfully, I do have. I didn't send everything to them. I figured that since bank statements were listed as acceptable prove, it will be more organized to send one type of document. I have lots of photos, season passes, plane tickets, etc. I am well prepared and not worried. Maybe you should continue to collect more evidence, just in case.

As long as we're not lying, we have nothing to worry about.

Financial records should be good. One is required to sign on some transactions. Therefore, transactions like that prove you were there. Also, deposits made in person to a bank branch. Cameras are there. ATM machines have cameras. USCIS is aware of all that. Unless all of your transactions are initiated online, you will have no problem.

yea my lawyer said that nothing is guranteed..obviously...but he said not to worry... the worst that could happen is that they ask for more evidence...because clearly i meet the guidelines...now with financial records...i never had a bank account...so i showed school records...medical records...recipts from pizza deliveries...and pretty much anything with my name and date on it...which wasnt much...i saw a bunch of packets on the desk taht were being sent out with mine...and they were all fat..haha..
