Actually it makes a lot sense, the process is discretionary and you don't want to give some patriotic, case-reviewing official any incentives to drop your case. Remember, the whole process may seem automatized but in the end it's a moral decision whether you get your permit or not.

Lol no, they will all be processed the same way. They won't get "tired" of them and then just start declining. I do think that everyone should has theirs in within 4 weeks. Who knows what the opposing party has up their sleeve?

you should just send hs and college transcripts, hs diploma, and photocopy of your visa. those are the things i sent. those transcripts will show them that you've been living here continuously for the last 5+ years, and the visa you used when you entered the states will show you came here before 2007.

No, I meant that they won't be looking as closely into everything you did in the past as they go through more and more cases.

Think about a teacher who has to grade papers. Or when you did peer review essay checks. You remember those, you really read the first page. But once you got around to reviewing the fifth or sixth paper you're not reading as closely, you don't focus as much on the essay and you're just doing it to be done.

This is just my thought.

That's what I also did. I didn't send any bank statements or anything. My passport proves my age, and my school transcripts proves my education and continuous presence for 5 years starting in 2007. I also sent them a copy of my diploma, I graduated june 19th, so it worked out perfect for me as being here on june 15th.

your lawyer is right though. you should never show uscis or admit that you've used government help because that's one of the things that might get your case denied, well that's one of the thing if you're trying to adjust.. but anyway uscis always cash the checks first then a week or two you will get your receipt.. in your receipt, you will find a ## that you can track your application.. sign up for email or text, believe me it works

This is exactly what I have been told. You will only make them mad if you overloaded with papers that really do not add to your case.

Keep it simple, this is why I have not yet sent my application. I am making it as concise as possible.

Strong evidence is that they need.
