I entered with a tourist visa but my mother lost my I-94. What should I answer for arrival record? I do have the date of entry stamped on my visa.

Also for income. If you are currently working somewhere (sister) will she need to put her current income? thanks

Lucky for you I-94 is not required.

Just fill out the rest.

Status at Entry: Tourist
Current Status: Unlawful Status: DACA

For income: yes, whatever income she is getting.

So for that specific question "Arrival/Departure Record" I should put No?

Thank you for posting, I appreciate that.

That's the same question that I have. I think I'm going to call tomorrow and ask to confirm though.

I just read about the additional info spaces. Regarding your question, I will put that I am in currently in college and that I graduated from high school in the additional info space.

When you say you called, who did you call?

Wouldn't it be:

Status at Entry: B2 Visitor for Pleasure?

If you say yes, they would be expecting it to be included in your application packet. Which then they would assume is missing and request you for evidence (worse comes to worse) .

Status at entry would be B2 visitor for pleasusre in the I-821D form

in the I-765 form, which the OP is asking, you put tourist but that can be put too.
