On question 15 of the I-821d application it asks for one's status at entry. I'm unsure of what to put down. I came to the States in transit without a Visa back when that was still allowed. (I was supposed to switch planes in the U.S. that would take me to another country) Should I put down "Entered without inspection" or should I say I entered in "Transit without a Visa"? I ask this because I keep seeing posts that state that you can only put EWI or that your lawful immigration status had expired.

Haha what? you could get away with just walking out of the airport?

That just seems too easy!!!

Very nice!!

And yes, if you were not were officially admitted by a Border or Customes officer you would put down Entry without Inspection.

Good luck!

It is so exciting that people are already starting to get some feed back from USCIS!
