Re: School Transcripts.. summer gaps?

Hi everyone,
I found this website recently and it has been so helpful to me. i have been reading about all these questions about transcripts, but im still a little worried about something. Ok so im a junior in college now and i have been in school continuously since 2002. im only giving them my high school transcripts from 2007 though, but do you think i need something to prove that ive been in the summers all these years??? i mean i never attended summer school or done anything in the summers up until last year....

NO...I am also just including those semesters that I went to school.

You can prove summer gaps by showing bank transactions. That is what i did.

You should be fine with summer gaps. Don't under estimate school transcripts

Well the lawyers at my local coalition said that we DO have to prove our summers..... I don't know if that applies to all of us. I don't know if that applies for all of us because I actually came here on a I-94 in 96 from Venezuela and where would i be leaving the country?! Its not like a can hop over there real quick. I've got all my transcripts but proving those summers through high school that i did not do anything sounds absurd for my case at least. Any input?

^ yeah i have an I-94 as well! I was thinking of getting an affidavit signed by atleast two people that KNOW for a fact i have never left the country.

well, if you came here with a passport, i dont think you need to worry. We can't fly out of U.S anyway (10-year ban). I have 1 or 2 gaps on my college transcript, but i'm not worried because i've been in school from 07- now.
