Hi i was told that you can show lease agreements to prove the dates you were here. but what if they are under my dads name? will they still be helpful?

Get a court file/police report as evidence of your conviction make sure to obtain the outcome of the case if they don't have tell the courthouse to write a letter stating the outcome of your case. You qualify petty is a misdemeanor but not a significant one it also happened when you were a juvenile so you're ok.

i just spoke to Representative and they told be to included any evidence ._. i don't know how to the it like the police records?

Hi I have a question on the I 765 worksheet. I don't work I stay home taking care of my kids. Should I put my fiances income and expenses? And if so shoud what do I send of proof because he gets payd cash??

If you don't work you should leave income as $0. As far as expenses go, I think if you absolutely don't pay for anything in your household then I would leave it at $0 as well but then explain on the following space what you just said, that you stay home and take care of the kids and maybe then give an estimate of what your (and your fiance's) expenses are and then write that and explain that you need a work permit to be able to help him out and better provide for your kids. Idk, something along those lines would be my best guess. :/

Oh and no, you don't need to provide proof of his income as this application is about you, not him.
